    My newest book, Forgotten Widow, is now available!  I’ll be signing debut copies at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum’s World War II Weekend today through Sunday.  The book is the museum’s official companion to its rare P-61 Black Widow night fighter, which is nearing the end of its long restoration process.  The aircraft was recovered from Indonesian mountainside in the 1980s in a series of daring expeditions.  When complete, it will be the only known flying Black Widow in the world.

    A book that I designed for the Holy Guardian Angels Regional School, entitled Hello Henrietta, should be arriving shortly. The school’s third graders wrote and illustrated the (true) story of a hawk that flew into their gym and lived in the school for several days last year.

    I’ve just completed design work for a new book called My Hero, My Son by Joseph Baddick. It’s the true story of the author’s son, a young paratrooper who gave his life to save another soldier in Iraq.

    My latest illustration project, Socky The Soft-Hearted Soccer Ball, is now available for sale. Written by former professor and World War II veteran David Voigt with his grandson, Socky is a 32-page, full-color children’s book.
